Endangered Species special report

Endangered species are unique in their own way because they are their own kind of species and they have struggled to adapt to what is happening around them, whether its humans or nature.  But, the impact we have on them is great.  We are polluting the rivers, cutting down forests and are domesticating species.  Did you know that approximately 27,000 species become extinct each year which is 3 every hour.  Personally, I find that very disturbing that some species that are not known to science perish with no hope.  Right now we are destroying the food chain.  I am just wondering when we are going to destroy ourselves?

I think there is only one way to get out of this.  It is to live more sustainably.  For example, we should recycle metal instead of mining metal.  We should use bio-fuels instead of fossil fuels and we also should use solar power and wind turbines for renewable energy.  Also, we need to compost biodegradable objects to put back into the earth and recycle what you can.  Animals are our friends.  Do not destroy them by continuing to destroy the earth.
